November 6th, 7th, and 8th

This 3 day event is held in my home studio, 8-5pm (or longer based on everyone's energy levels) Friday, Saturday, Sunday

$444 will get you 15 of your live participation hours and 15 facilitation practice hours completed in just one weekend. The cost is $444 for friday, saturday, and sunday. If you can only make one day, we can pro rate that to be $150 per day. If you feel you want to be there but don't have the funds yet, talk to me about payment or trade options.

Lunch will be provided.

We will work together on Emotional Tracing, Holotropic, Shamanic, Somatic, Pranayama, Wim Hoff, Biodynamic, 1:1 sessions, movement, aromatherapy, holding space, energy, EMDR music, and more.

I have guest facilitators coming to hold sessions for us, you will be able to practice facilitating group and one on one sessions. You will be given access to many playlists, have photos taken of you facilitating that you can use in the future for advertising, Lunch each day, helpful breathwork gifts, plus connection and community.

If you are coming from out of town, you will need to find your own accommodations. This is not a retreat, just daytime practice. If you need help with accommodations, please let me know. I am very willing to offer an extra bed in my humble home or help you find a nearby hotel.
